Using Yvatar

You are responsible for your account, your Yvatars, and all content you create, upload, generate, or publish through the service. You must use Yvatar lawfully and must not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

Generated and Published Content

Yvatar helps generate scripts, portraits, videos, and related assets. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before using or publishing it, and for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.

Social Connections

Social accounts are connected per Yvatar. By connecting a social platform, you authorize Yvatar to access account details and publish content to that connected handle when you request publishing from that Yvatar.

Payments and Credits

Some features may require paid credits or subscriptions. Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. Credits, pricing, and feature availability may change, and unused credits may be subject to limits described at purchase or in the product.

Service Availability

Yvatar may depend on third-party APIs and infrastructure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yvatar and Agents of SEO LLP are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
