Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Yvatar collects, uses, and protects information when you use the service.

Last updated: May 25, 2026

Information We Collect

We collect account information you provide or authorize through sign-in, such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier.

We store Yvatar profiles, prompts, generated scripts, portraits, videos, publishing settings, and activity needed to operate the product.

If you connect social accounts, we store OAuth tokens and account metadata for the specific Yvatar you connect. Social accounts are connected per Yvatar, not globally across your account.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate you, generate and manage Yvatars, process billing, publish content you request, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Third-Party Services

Yvatar relies on service providers for authentication, AI generation, storage, payments, analytics or diagnostics, and social publishing. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services.

Social Publishing

When you connect a platform such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, or LinkedIn, Yvatar uses the authorization you grant to retrieve account details and publish content only when you request it. You can disconnect a social account from the relevant Yvatar connection page.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact Yvatar through the support channel provided in the product or by contacting Agents of SEO LLP.
